A workbook accompanies the course and offers space for personal reflections, thoughts and ideas from the young women. In the Land of a Thousand Hills , the entire course follows the metaphor of a mountain, making the content more vivid and logically connected.
We are especially effective where we have not only understood things theoretically but have experienced them ourselves. The thematic impulses are complemented by professional workshops in our individual passions.
Theater
Playing theater means deeply immersing yourself in partially foreign thoughts, character traits and life realities . Space is intentionally given to experience one’s own emotions and to act accordingly in an expressive way that often lacks courage in real life.
We believe that acting can greatly stimulate personal growth . Participants can expand their boundaries, develop creative thinking and experience self-efficacy and the impact of their performance.
